How is a firm billed?
Board360 is priced per firm, per month, with limits on active entities and staff seats. Plans are billed annually with a monthly option. Usage add-ons cover extra entities, seats, storage and e-sign volume.
What counts as an 'active entity'?
An entity you actively manage in the platform — with a live compliance calendar, registers and matters. Prospects in onboarding and struck-off entities don't count against your limit.
Do clients need seats?
No. Client portal users are free and unlimited on every plan. Seats apply only to your firm's staff.
Can we change plans as we grow?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or add capacity at any time. Enterprise adds unlimited scale, advanced controls and a dedicated success manager.
